Abbotsmead CDC and the Grasmere Room are both available for rental to approved bodies and organisations at the following rates:

CDC with the use of the computers
1 hour	£20.00 + VAT
2 hours	£35.00 + VAT
½ day	£50.00 + VAT
1 day	£100.00 + VAT

CDC without the use of the computers
1 hour	£10.00 + VAT
2 hours	£17.50 + VAT
½ day	£30.00 + VAT
1 day	£60.00 + VAT

Grasmere room and Hall
1 hour	£10.00 + VAT
2 hours	£17.50 + VAT
½ day	£30.00 + VAT
1 day	£60.00 + VAT

Anyone using the CDC facilities should abide by the policies and procedures as set out in the handbook and ensure that all equipment is left in the same condition as found at the beginning of the session
