For the complete beginner you will receive individual tuition to learn how to use a mouse and become familiar with the keyboard.

For those with a bit more experience who are unsure what course is best for them, an e-skills passport might be useful. This is an on-line assessment tool that will help a learner to identify their current level of computer knowledge by asking a variety of questions relating to different software applications and the computer itself.

We are also able to offer online Literacy and Numeracy assessments to help students identify any particular skills requirements. This is a confidential online test that will help the students to decide whether they would like to brush up on their basic skills.
