Suggestions, Compliments and Complaints

By telling us what you think, we are able to improve our services to learners and the community and ensure good practice across the CDC, making a relaxed and happier working environment.

Should you have a complaint, please speak to your tutor first, who we hope will be able to resolve the problem.  If not then fill in the customer comment slip or write to the management team.

A customer comment slip is held in the conference room for anyone to enter their comments. The slip can then be placed in the comment box available.  Please ask a member of staff if you cannot locate it. Alternatively, write down your comment, address it to the Management team and hand it into the office.

Complaints will be treated in the strictest confidence and all complaints, are investigated by a member of the management team.

All complaints are acknowledged within 4 working days and we strive to provide a full response within 10 working days.

Every effort is made to resolve problems, however, if you are still dissatisfied you have the right to contact various organisations.  These addresses will be given to you should you require them.
